You will need to have your registration payment receipt with you in order to receive your package of Congress documents. Please try to register as early as possible to avoid last minute congestion.

A:	Registration fee cover entry to all scientific events and exhibition at the venue, congress documents, program / abstract booklet, lunch, coffee breaks.
B:	Welcome Reception(Free), Banquet(NTD$1000/ ≒USD31.25) and conference Tour(NTD$3000/ ≒USD93.75) will be the optional choices. You can choose either in our registration system.
C:	The current exchange rates are about 1 USD @ 32 NTD.

Cancellation and Refund

The Conference will refund those pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference; however, a written notice of participation cancellation (by letter or fax) must be received by the Conference Secretariat before Mar. 10, 2009. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If cancellation is made after Mar. 25, 2009, no refund can be expected. Please note that all approved refunds will only be processed after the Conference.
